Mary Mabel (Anderson) Zeller

Mary Zeller, 82, of Bemidji, MN died Wednesday, January 31, 2018 at Havenwood Care Center, Bemidji.

Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m., Tuesday, February 6, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Bemidji with Rev. Robert Wentzel officiating.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Park Rapids. Arrangements were entrusted to the Olson-Schwartz Funeral Home, Bemidji.

Mary Mabel Anderson was born September 13, 1935 in Park Rapids, MN to John and Mildred (Dickinson) Anderson. She attended school in Park Rapids and graduated from Park Rapids High School. Mary married Robert Zeller on October 17, 1953 in Park Rapids. They moved around to several locations and then settled in Bemidji where she worked as a telephone operator for Northwestern Bell. Mary was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, ceramics, bird watching and spending time with family.

She is survived by her children, Deborah (Ronald) Oelrich of Bemidji, Sandra (Luane) Tasa of Bemidji, Susan (Steven) Cotton of Bemidji, Greg (Kimberly) Zeller of Champlin, Terry Zeller of Champlin and Robert (Jodi) Zeller Jr. of Champlin;   14 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and 2 sisters, Ilea (Gary) May of Park Rapids and Donna Massie of Park Rapids.

She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Mildred Anderson; husband, Robert “Bob” Zeller; sister, Dorathy Theisen and brother, Alfred Anderson.
